Returns policy – Buyer

Items may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt and providing proof of postage (UK law).

The buyer is responsible for paying the postal costs of the returned item which must be sent ‘signed for delivery’ complete with tracking.

Items that are custom made or personalised may not be returned.

If an item is returned the cost of the item including the 15% commission will be refunded. The transaction charges will apply and will not be refunded.
